The Portal is seamlessly integrated with the Coral8 architecture, allowing you to extend any existing or new Coral8 application directly to business users.

The Portal takes advantage of the Coral8 Engine APIs for dynamic query registration and execution, and the flexible runtime architecture of the Coral8 Server. The business-user queries run in real-time within the Coral8 CEP engine for scalable, high throughput execution.

The Coral8 Portal offers a self-service environment for business users that offers:

The Coral8 Portal is a Java-based portal application that comes integrated with an embedded Liferay portal and Tomcat application server for out-of-the-box deployment. The Coral8 Portal is built to the open JSR-168 specification for Java-based web application portlets. The look and feel of the Coral8 Portal is customizable.
