Senior Technical Support Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our California based Support team. Your duties will include assisting customers in resolving their technical and application issues, and working with our engineering to fix software defects.
The following skills are required for this position:
- 5+ years of experience working with technology
- Experience with or working knowledge of at least one language: C/C++, Java, C#
- Good knowledge of databases and SQL, including the ability to write and debug SQL queries
- Experience of interacting with customers in an enterprise environment
- Experience with supporting software that runs under Windows, Linux, and Unix
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting/debugging, multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability and desire to quickly learn new products and technologies
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- A strong desire to work with customers
- Experience of supporting developers using programming languages or developer tools
- Financial experience is a plus
